Warranty Terms - Colours Plethora

Scope of Warranty:
a. The warranty covers defect in workmanship related to the home painting services provided by Colours Plethora (“Company”).
b. This warranty does not cover defects caused by improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or acts of nature.

Duration of Warranty:
a. The warranty period for home painting services is one (1) year from the date of completion of the painting project.

Warranty Claims:
a. To make a warranty claim, the customer must notify the Company in writing within the warranty period.
b. The Company reserves the right to inspect the alleged defect to determine if it is covered under the warranty.
c. If the defect is covered under warranty, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or redo the affected areas.

Exclusions:
a. Damage caused by factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to, structural issues, water damage, or previous paint failure, is not covered under this warranty.
b. Normal wear and tear, fading, or discoloration due to exposure to sunlight or environmental conditions are not covered.

Paint Product Warranty:
a. The warranty for paint products used in the home painting services is provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
b. Customers are responsible for reviewing and adhering to the terms and conditions of the paint product warranty provided by the OEM.

Limitation of Liability:
a. The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or redoing of the affected areas as determined by the Company.
b. In no event shall the Company be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the warranty.

Transferability:
a. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the home painting services from the Company.

Governing Law:
a. This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modification of Warranty:
a. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, with or without notice.
